Print off this application for residential exterior construction/ improvements form and send it in before you start your project. You will also need to send a drawing of the proposed project on your lot survey (you should have received it from the title company at closing). Buildings and other structures cannot be less than 10 feet from the property line of a side lot.
You will need this form completed and submitted for projects such as, barns, driveways, porches, decks, sheds, fences, RV ports, exterior painting, swimming pools, and other construction projects of the like. The more accurate your drawings and description of the scope of work to be completed, including material type, the faster the ACC Board can make any necessary corrections to meet Deed Restrictions and get your project approved!
You are responsible for the proper placement of your project on the property, acquiring any permits, and building the project according to the ACC approval guidelines.
JUST BECAUSE YOU SEE A COMPLETED PROJECT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD,
DO NOT ASSUME THAT IT WAS APPROVED UNDER THE CURRENT GUIDELINES OR RESTRICTIONS.
FURTHERMORE, VIOLATIONS WILL BE PENALIZED.
Print this request form, complete it, and return it with the needed documents via email to Amanda Pedini - apedini@imcmanagement.net After reviewing the documents contained in the Bylaws/Deed Restrictions portion of the website, if you have any questions about the guidelines for your project, please reach out to Amanda Pedini prior to submitting your application.

Just like a barn, shed, or any other structure, these will need ACC approval.
The ACC has a plan for locations, style of light, and height in order to keep any street lights added uniform. Any lights not approved may be removed at the expense of whoever had it installed.
While we are all very patriotic, the addition of a flag pole does require ACC approval.
No matter how big or small your deck, we're excited for you & your proposed addition. Just get approval before you start driving nails.
These are a great addition for your family, especially with the long Texas summer. Your contractor should provide you a drawing, just send that in. For safety you may consider the privacy fence too.
In some cases new homes will require approval from the board, due to needed variances for the build to proceed. These are considered on a case by case basis.

Submit your drawing on the official plot survey. The more information you provide the faster your project can be approved. The ACC Board may want to walk your site for verification of the submitted project. This will help to protect you from being out of compliance.
Your titling company should have provided you with a notarized copy in your closing packet.
